SHIPPING 

Domestic Shipping

Regular shipping is $15 within Australia for all items excluding PO Box 

Express Shipping AUS $20 Flat Fee (including PO Box)

All shipping is via Sendle to your chosen address in Australia.

If shipping is PO Box then it will be $20 (express post)

We may use other carriers at our discretion.

Free pickup from our Paddington store.  Items to be collected within 30 days of purchase.

International Shipping

Currently we accept online orders for shipping to New Zealand, China and United States.

All other countries email 

Shipping costs will be calculated at the ordering stage.

Ordering Process

Orders will be processed and packed the next working day after the order is received.

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of merchandise as delivery is by an independent carrier which is not affiliated with us or controlled by us.

 Title to and risk of loss of the merchandise passes to you when we deliver the merchandise to the carrier.

 “Carrier” means Australia Post, DHL Express Post, any courier, or any other postal or courier service which we may choose, at our absolute discretion.

PAYMENT

When you place an order you will be charged for merchandise and delivery.

If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected.

Your payment must be cleared before the delivery process of your merchandise commences.

Payment is by any of the methods specified on our website or in our communication with you.
